• Notify the owner of the monitoring party that the intrusion alarm has been activated.

Alarm transmission equipment is used by the intrusion alarm system to communicate alarm events and system activity to an off-site location, such as an alarm monitoring central station. The purpose of the alarm transmission equipment is to notify the police and building security when the intrusion alarm system has been activated.
